Sustainability is embedded in our DNA, ensuring that today’s growth supports future generations through our Vision 2035 (50:50:95) agenda. This long-term perspective has defined our journey over the past 40 years and continues to guide our leadership as we shape Uganda’s future.
Sustainability is not an add-on to our strategy; it is embedded in the way we operate. Guided by Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles, we integrate sustainability thinking into every decision we make — from how we invest, to how we engage with members, to how we manage our operations.
